this is miss monique jane dering, she is currently the head of emergency at desert springs hospital, she is a tough cookie and really doesn't like being told what to do in her own department, she is can be rather cold to people who dont know what she is like but those who work with her link she is a great person with alot of experience in her field. monique is not the kind of person who likes to give up on people, if she sees someone who is having a difficult time she will devote all her attention to that person to get them healthy again or let them see that things arent always bad. she doesn't like to go out where there are large groups of people, although she is not afraid of large groups, she just doesn't feel comfortable with people around her watching the way she acts. it may seem strange as she works in a place where people are always watching what she is doing, but it is her environment and knows that what she does people are proud of.

now onto the relationships, at first glance people think she is a cold person who doesn't really care about the people around her, but she is actually the complete opposite, she likes her friends and spending time with them, it may just take a while for them to break through her tough outter shell as some may call it. she currently doesn't have many friends, so maybe some of the people she works with would like to have coffee with her and have a casual chat after work, thats when she does leave work.

well for lovers, she is a one man kind of girl and she is currently being wooed by the handsome greyson rawlings, who is actually a police detective and still untake on the canon list, please take a look for me. Apart from mr rawlings, she may have had a couple of past boyfriends, not to sure about one night stands, she is not that kind of person. maybe also a few crushes who have moved on.

well enemies, do you really think a person like monique would have enemies. of course she has enemies, she is the head of emergency at the only hospital in las vegas, some of the other staff really dont like her and there may also be some disgruntled ex patients, who she has either made angry over something, or she or one of her staff has made a mistake, not her of course, she is perfect.

Ohh yay, I really quite like that. I dont think she would know about his mob ties, and just know him as the Pawn Shop owner, and thinks he gets into alot of fights. Whenever he comes into the emergency department she is the only one he will deal with.

How else would he explain the gunshot nicks and the fact that he doesn't trust anyone else with his medical history? Anyways, yeah, he's a pawn shop owner. But she would know him as Carlisle, not as Alejandro (which is his cop alias.).

I think the only thing about her knowing about his mob relations is that she is dating a cop. I dont think she would ever tell him, but she is not a good lier and if he ever had the erge to ask her if she knew carlisle and whatever, she would try to lie but he would know the truth. She is very trustworthy, but if Greyson (if we ever get him) asked her I dont know what she would do.
