Welcome to Penant Hills. Population 154,200. We've got
rolling hills and deep valleys, we've got neighborhoods
and a maximum security prison. Whether you're a resident
or a prisoner your life will change once you come to Penant
Hills. Law abiding citizens have a town with plenty to entertain
them. Whether it's a 9 to 5 job or the clubs and restaurants
around town, there is never a dull moment.
Those that choose to fight authority will find themselves in
Penant Hell. The Warden rules with a heavy hand. If you
find yourself here, you're in hell. Misbehavior is not tolerated
at the prison, rumors are rampant of crooked guards. Once
you step foot inside and the bars close behind you, you're on
your own. It's survival of the fittest. Trust no one. Make friends,
they'll watch your back, for a price. Violence is a way of life in
the big house.
Penant Hell is rated NC-17 for graphic violence, sexual content,
drug use and strong language. You must be at least 18 years of
age to join Penant Hell. All levels of RPGers are welcome,
however we strongly encourage those who intend to post regularly
to sign up.
